Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Cabinet Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong background in 2020 software, sketching floorplans, cabinet nomenclature and remodeling project management.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements
Create design concepts, sketches, and layouts based on client needs
Develop detailed plans and 3D models using 2020 design software
Select color schemes and materials for each project
Manage project pricing, budgets and timelines effectively
Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for renovation projects
Create innovative designs that align with client specifications and industry standards
Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements

Experience:

Proficiency in 2020, CRM software programs as well as Microsoft Office programs
Experience pricing products and creating proposals
Ability to create detailed plans and execute design concepts effectively
Knowledge of renovation processes
Ability to hand sketch a floorplan and measure spaces using a tape measure
Strong math and writing skills
Excellent customer service skills
Self motivated
Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
