Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Cabinet Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong background in 2020 software, sketching floorplans, cabinet nomenclature and remodeling project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements
  • Create design concepts, sketches, and layouts based on client needs
  • Develop detailed plans and 3D models using 2020 design software
  • Select color schemes and materials for each project
  • Manage project pricing, budgets and timelines effectively
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for renovation projects
  • Create innovative designs that align with client specifications and industry standards
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements
Experience:
  • Proficiency in 2020, CRM software programs as well as Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience pricing products and creating proposals
  • Ability to create detailed plans and execute design concepts effectively
  • Knowledge of renovation processes
  • Ability to hand sketch a floorplan and measure spaces using a tape measure
  • Strong math and writing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
