Duties Support interior designer by sending proposals and invoices to clients, placing and tracking orders, addressing service issues, running errands, and driving to job sites in Rumson, NJ, NY and CT. A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required. Oversee organization of client projects by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and notes in Google Sheets and Google Docs. Help capture high-quality images of design elements and finished spaces. Update firm website with new project photos and maintain social media accounts.
