Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic creative team as an Interior Design Assistant, where your passion for design will help shape inspiring interior spaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a senior designer to help run the process. We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills and a willingness to drive to job sites mostly in Rumson, NJ and occasionally in NY and CT. Your enthusiasm and efforts will contribute significantly to creating functional, aesthetic environments that delight clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Duties Support interior designer by sending proposals and invoices to clients, placing and tracking orders, addressing service issues, running errands, and driving to job sites in Rumson, NJ, NY and CT. A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required. Oversee organization of client projects by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and notes in Google Sheets and Google Docs. Help capture high-quality images of design elements and finished spaces. Update firm website with new project photos and maintain social media accounts. Experience Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs Familiarity with Interior Design is helpful Familiarity with social media is helpful This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple disciplines within a collaborative environment dedicated to innovative design excellence.
