Project-based, primarily weekends About Honeysuckle Haus Honeysuckle Haus is a Tennessee-based wedding photography and videography business dedicated to documenting meaningful moments with a timeless, authentic, and artistic approach. We are looking for talented freelance wedding photographers and videographers to join our creative team and help capture beautiful wedding days throughout Tennessee. The Role As a Freelance Wedding Photographer or Videographer, you will work alongside Honeysuckle House to document weddings, elopements, and related events. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Photographing wedding ceremonies, receptions, and getting-ready moments Capturing candid, emotional, and editorial-style images Filming wedding ceremonies, speeches, dances, and candid moments Creating cinematic wedding footage and short-form content Working alongside a lead photographer/videographer and wedding team Helping maintain a calm, professional presence throughout the wedding day Following Honeysuckle House's creative direction and established workflow Safely managing professional camera and audio equipment Delivering organized photo/video files according to agreed-upon deadlines What We're Looking For Previous professional wedding photography and/or videography experience (MUST

HAVE BEEN A LEAD SHOOTER ON 3 WEDDINGS MINIMUM

) A strong wedding portfolio Professional camera equipment Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling Ability to anticipate and capture important moments without being intrusive Comfortable working long wedding days, including weekends Professional appearance and excellent client-facing communication Reliable transportation Ability to travel to wedding venues throughout Tennessee Ability to follow a required shot list For Photographers Experience with posing, family formals, detail photography, flash photography, and shooting in challenging lighting conditions is strongly preferred. For Videographers Experience capturing wedding ceremonies, speeches, vows, live audio, and cinematic footage is strongly preferred. Knowledge of professional audio equipment and stabilization systems is a plus. Compensation Freelance/contract compensation is project-based and will depend on the role, experience, length of coverage, and assignment. We are open to discussing rates with experienced professionals and establishing ongoing relationships with photographers and videographers who are a great fit for our team.
