We're a growing real estate media company serving Knoxville, Knox County, and the surrounding East Tennessee communities. We help real estate agents market their listings through professional photography, video, drone media, and exceptional on-site service. The media matters, but the client experience matters just as much. You'll be walking into people's homes, working directly with agents and homeowners, and representing our company at every appointment. We like to say we're customer service people first, we just happen to hold a camera! About the Role We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and coachable team member to join our field team as a Real Estate Media Specialist. This is an active, field-based role where every day brings new homes, new clients, and new opportunities to create exceptional real estate media. No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and care more about your personality, reliability, communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn than prior technical experience. This could be a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, working independently, and learning new creative and technical skills. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties throughout Knox County and East Tennessee Capture interior and exterior listing photos Capture basic and cinematic video content Operate drone photography when applicable, with training provided Communicate professionally with real estate agents and homeowners Follow company shooting processes and quality standards Upload media after appointments, editing is handled separately Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every shoot Collaborate with local team members and support staff Schedule & Availability Approximately 20 hours per week At least 3 days of availability required Thursday availability is required Most appointments take place during standard daytime business hours, typically 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some evenings for twilight shoots Hours are not guaranteed every week, as real estate demand can fluctuate Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this role. Compensation Paid training provided at $15/hour Standard photo shoots start at $25 per unit Each unit represents approximately 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time Once FAA Part 107 drone certified, compensation increases to $30 per unit Additional pay available for video projects and specialty services Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.30 per mile What We're Looking For Outgoing and customer-service oriented Friendly, professional, and personable Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and dependable Coachable and eager to learn Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Positive and solution-oriented Comfortable driving throughout Knox County and East Tennessee Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and equipment Able to represent our company professionally at every appointment Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, property management, or other client-facing experience is a huge plus, but not required. Requirements Reliable smartphone Reliable high-speed internet Access to a computer Dependable personal vehicle Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day driving between appointments Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Drone Certification within the first month of hire (training and guidance provided) Comfortable learning drone operations Ability to lift and carry photography equipment Comfortable walking multiple properties, climbing stairs, and staying active throughout the day This role can be physically demanding at times. Some days involve extended driving, multiple appointments, stairs, and carrying equipment. Candidates should be comfortable with an active, on-the-go work environment.
