313 Worth Avenue, Palm Beach, Florida Role Overview The Gallery Associate is the primary point of contact for collectors and visitors on the gallery floor, working closely with the Gallery on client relationships, event execution, and daily operations. This is not a quota-driven sales role — the Associate builds and maintains client relationships and helps convert interest into sales, earning commission on completed sales, but does not own revenue targets or supervise staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and guide gallery visitors; present available works, editions, and pricing accurately Build and maintain ongoing relationships with collectors, following up on inquiries and past purchases Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and correspondence in the gallery's CRM Assist the Gallery in planning and hosting private viewings, VIP receptions, and gallery events Support the Gallery at select art fairs as a gallery representative Coordinate with art handlers and shippers on delivery logistics for sold pieces Track inventory and maintain gallery presentation standards Communicate the artist's biography, technique, and provenance accurately to prospective buyers Contribute to marketing efforts in collaboration with the Gallery and our PR team (event promotion, social content input) Handle general gallery administration: correspondence, scheduling, light bookkeeping support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end art sales, with proven track record of closing significant sales
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Deep knowledge of contemporary art market trends and pricing strategies
• Strong understanding of Latin American art history and contemporary art movements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency highly desired
• Proven experience in organizing high-profile art events and exhibitions
• Strong network within the art community, particularly in Palm Beach and international markets
• Proficiency in art gallery management software and CRM systems

Mexican master, Teodulo Romulo, saw in Veronica a unique talent that had to be nurtured and encouraged. She was the youngest artist ever to receive this honor at that time. The Museo de Arte Moderno included Ruiz de Velasco in their prestigious 25-year anniversary book featuring Mexico's leading artists. Artistic masters in Mexico and Europe opened their doors to support Veronica and help her refine her technique.
