We are a business to business model with a wide range of clients and capabilities. We are in the market for a full-time employee to help manage existing customer relationships and help us maintain an efficient office workflow. Candidate will work hand in hand on a daily basis with the business owner and production manager. Candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking. Candidate will have many daily office responsibilities such as;

• Answering all incoming calls and following through effectively and efficiently.
• Communicating with clients & associates to stay on top of order deadlines.
• Entering all orders into our proprietary software.
• Physically working towards completing orders. (cutting foam boards, hemming banners, packaging orders)
• Learning how to "cost" our service so they can offer pricing to clients. (We will train)
• Packaging Orders for shipping or deliveries. Candidate must posses the following skills to be able to perform well at this position;
• They must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, specifically Illustrator and Photo Shop.
• Must be comfortable communicating in writing an on the phone.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft's Outlook email program. We are open Monday
• Thursday, 8:30am
• 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30am
• 3:30pm
