Stay current on industry trends in interior design, lighting sales, remodeling techniques, and construction innovations. Assist in stock management and merchandising to ensure product availability for customer needs. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the remodeling or construction industry. Strong background in layout design using SketchUp, CAD software, or similar tools. Knowledge of renovation processes, construction materials, fixtures, lighting design, and remodeling best practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals. Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and estimates. Prior experience in customer service roles within retail or specialized sales environments is highly desirable.
