In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking high-end kitchen remodeling solutions, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial consultation to project completion. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts, understanding their remodeling needs and preferences. Conduct detailed consultations to assess space, style, lighting, and fixture requirements, providing expert advice on design options. Create accurate layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, or other technical tools to visualize proposed kitchen remodels. Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, emphasizing high-end fixtures, lighting solutions, and remodeling materials. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while upselling premium products and services to maximize project value. Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain quality standards. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and ongoing maintenance guidance. Utilize CRM systems and POS software to track leads, manage client data, and process transactions efficiently. Stay current on industry trends in interior design, lighting sales, remodeling techniques, and construction innovations. Assist in stock management and merchandising to ensure product availability for customer needs. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the remodeling or construction industry. Strong background in layout design using SketchUp, CAD software, or similar tools. Knowledge of renovation processes, construction materials, fixtures, lighting design, and remodeling best practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals. Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and estimates. Prior experience in customer service roles within retail or specialized sales environments is highly desirable. Technical proficiency in interior design concepts and lighting sales will be advantageous. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
