Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Academic Instructor and Testing Administrator provides a variety of educational and vocational services to MassHire youth and adult customers relative to their future employability. Designs, plans, implements, facilitates, and teaches group and individual Hi-SET preparation classes and monitors students' progress. Administers academic and vocational assessments for all job seekers. Works closely with staff and supervisory personnel to ensure a smooth flow of services to MassHire adult and youth customers. Provides oversight of the MassHire Youth and Testing Center during business hours to ensure the accessibility and safety of MassHire customers and staff.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals from diverse socioeconomic and multi-cultural backgrounds.
2. Demonstrated ability to design, facilitate, teach and implement curriculum, evaluation systems and forms and coordinate materials to deliver workshops and classroom instruction.
HOURS:
In-Person / 35 hours/week
Monday -Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
SALARY RANGE
$58,200 - $65,500
