We set ourselves apart by offering our Assistant Center Manager a rewarding leadership role with a defined pathway for long-term career growth. This is not a seasonal or temporary position . We are seeking a dedicated, long-term leader to join our team, master our center operations, and step into a full-time Center Director role as our center continues to expand.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 / hour depending on experience.
Schedule:
Consistent afternoon/evening hours (Mon-Thu 3:00-7:30 PM) and weekend shifts (Sun 1:30-6 PM)

Consistent Part-Time Schedule:
20-25 hours per week during key operating hours.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience & Parent Relations (Primary Focus) Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust-based relationships with parents and regularly communicating student progress. Handle parent inquiries, schedule changes, and billing requests with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach. Assist with sales and center growth, including following up on leads and assisting with student enrollments. 2. Instructional Leadership & Floor Management Lead and coach instructional staff on the floor to maintain proper student-to-instructor ratios (1:4) and high instructional quality. Teach and tutor students in-center using the proprietary Mathnasium Method™ and learning plans. Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and building customized learning plans. 3. Center Operations & Administration Ensure precise session tracking, attendance logging, and accurate scheduling records. Maintain clean, clear, and professional written communications with parents via email and phone. Support overall center administrative tasks, maintaining a clean, structured, and vibrant learning environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capability to handle scheduling and administrative logs accurately.
Math Competency:
Exceptional math skills through at least Algebra I / Geometry (proficiency test required).
Leadership Potential:
Driven to mentor instructors, lead by example, and foster a positive team culture.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable with computer software, digital learning materials, and administrative scheduling platforms.
