An Adult Basic Education or Literacy Instructor works with adults, including young adults who are out of school, to improve literacy and strengthen basic skills in reading, writing and math. Helps students to learn English or gain a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Assesses students' educational levels, skills and goals, and differentiates instruction as needed for adults at different levels in one class. May focus on basic skills as needed for a particular occupation, or assist students with developing study skills or job search skills, or help students connect with social services.

1. Customer Experience & Parent Relations (Primary Focus) Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust-based relationships with parents and regularly communicating student progress. Handle parent inquiries, schedule changes, and billing requests with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach. Assist with sales and center growth, including following up on leads and assisting with student enrollments. 2. Instructional Leadership & Floor Management Lead and coach instructional staff on the floor to maintain proper student-to-instructor ratios (1:4) and high instructional quality. Teach and tutor students in-center using the proprietary Mathnasium Method™ and learning plans. Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and building customized learning plans. 3. Center Operations & Administration Ensure precise session tracking, attendance logging, and accurate scheduling records. Maintain clean, clear, and professional written communications with parents via email and phone. Support overall center administrative tasks, maintaining a clean, structured, and vibrant learning environment.Qualifications:
