Job Description

Enrollment Coaches are the ones who help them take that step toward support and out of their fear, worry & self doubt. Committed Coaches powers the back end of some of the largest health and fitness brands. Our Enrollment Coaches don't cold call, don't work lead lists, and don't push. They have real conversations to help people enroll into 1:1 accountability coaching that transforms how they live and feel. This role is best suited for someone genuinely passionate about helping people and who wants to become exceptional at communicating the value of that work. What you'll do:
- Put your headset on, 'Ready' up on the dialer and talk with customers actively seeking help
- Listen first. Understand where someone actually is before recommending anything
- Enroll the right people into the coaching program that fits them
- Build trusting relationships with clients who want to change their own lives
- Own your calendar and follow-ups in our dialer and CRM Who this fits:
