Responsibilities Lead engaging swim lessons tailored to individual skill levels, from beginner to advanced Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring water activity and enforcing safety rules Demonstrate proper swimming techniques, breathing methods, and water safety skills Communicate effectively with clients and parents about progress, goals, and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including equipment setup and storage Respond promptly to emergencies using CPR, First Aid, or AED as needed Collaborate with team members to develop innovative lesson plans and improve program quality Requirements Prior experience as a lifeguard or in water safety supervision is highly preferred Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly Experience working with children or in childcare environments Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction, including martial arts, dance or climbing is a plus Ability to teach physical education concepts across diverse age groups Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED operation, and water safety are required; ongoing training provided if necessary Background in sports coaching such as soccer, basketball, or gymnastics is advantageous Experience in behavior management and creating positive learning environments Join us to make a splash in people's lives! Pay:
