Instructional Designer Location:
Remote, with preference for candidates in the Atlanta area
Travel:
5% to 20% Position Summary Temco Logistics is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and enhance leadership development programs. This role will design engaging learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, self-guided, and blended formats while supporting curriculum development, facilitation, and ongoing program improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Leadership Development to create learning solutions aligned with business objectives and audience needs. Design, revise, maintain, and deliver effective leadership development resources. Apply instructional design methodology and adult learning principles throughout program development. Develop instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, self-guided, and blended learning programs. Support facilitation design, development, and delivery. Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on program needs. Contribute to development standards, processes, and templates that support consistent instructional materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. At least two years of recent instructional design experience. Experience with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate. Experience designing virtual learning through platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development curriculum, blended learning, and the ADDIE process. Project management and facilitation experience
