Job Description

Educational Coordinator (5452) Together for Youth $24.00 - $24.00 Hourly United States, York, Valhalla Aug 20, 2026 Description Job Responsibilities Plan and execute events, meetings, and special activities.
Handle scheduling of daily school activities, school breaks, and summer school programs, ensuring all schedules are optimized for student benefit.
Ensure school's compliance with all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational regulations.
Collaborate with contracted educational institutions to develop and run effective educational programs.
Work effectively with school district to assist youth with potential discharge planning and educational progress.
Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders, and external educational institutions.
Oversee and utilize the student management system, prepare statistics, and manage data related to student numbers, academic performance, and attendance.
Help shape and uphold the vision of Together for Youth, ensuring all educational initiatives align with our mission.
Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in education.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
Proficient knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.
Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to travel locally, regionally, and potentially statewide, flexible hours.
