Full Job Description Registrar Services Specialist Position Overview:

The Registrar Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone, and e-mail communications. This role requires a strong student focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent service to students and staff.

Essential Duties:

Serve as the initial contact for students and visitors via walk-ins, phone calls, and e-mails. Perform student coding for registration processes. Process status and program changes accurately and efficiently. Conduct transfer evaluations for technical base programs. Review files for all technical programs to ensure completeness and accuracy. Perform course evaluations as required. Share responsibility for various administrative duties within the registrar's office.

Education & Experience:

Strong customer service skills with a student-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience with student registration systems and transfer evaluations preferred.
