Supervise student arrival and dismissal (pick-up & drop-off) Monitor and ensure school homework completion Guide students through in-house workbook assignments Must grade students work and ensure answers are accurate Read aloud to lower elementary students Support independent reading and comprehension for upper-grade students Manage daily schedules and transition students to classes on time Maintain a focused and structured learning environment Qualifications Strong communication skills with children Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to support basic academic work Prior experience in education (tutoring, school, academy) preferred English proficiency required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Elementary or Middle School students Classroom management experience Background in Education or Child Development Work Schedule Monday - Friday (
