Position:

On-campus position runs five days per week, Monday through Friday per our School Calendar Occasional weekend events and some local travel is required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields (Master's Degree preferred) o Minimum of five years of relevant experience in enrollment management and/or marketing, preferably in education or mission-driven organizations o Demonstrated success in leading enrollment growth and implementation of marketing strategies o Strong commitment to Catholic education and an understanding of the mission and culture of a Catholic school o Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - including experience with public speaking o Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analysis software o Previous experience with FACTS Management or similar platforms preferred o Demonstrated understanding of tuition modeling, financial aid strategies, and net tuition revenue analysis
