Job Description

STAFF:
Student Affairs Coordinator Description Eastern Oklahoma State College is a comprehensive community college providing instruction in a wide range of curricula.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED required); Associate degree or higher preferred ​Self-motivated, high energy, team-oriented individual. Ability to interact well with prospective students and the public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment requiring multitasking responsibilities at times Willing to work some evenings and weekends with travel (driver's license required).
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage on-campus recruitment events Schedule and oversee Ambassador-led campus tours for prospective students, families, and group visits Serve as a welcoming, student-centered first point of contact for prospective students and families. Enter, maintain, and track prospective student data in recruitment databases with accuracy. Conduct follow-up correspondence with prospective students. Generate and analyze recruitment data reports to evaluate event effectiveness and support continuous improvement. Connect prospective students with faculty and academic programs Monitor student progress through databases and refer students to appropriate resources. Provide clerical support to Student Affairs staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and material preparation. Organize and supervise at least one student activity or engagement event each week, including evening programming. Collaborate with campus departments, student organizations, athletics, agriculture, and community partners to support student engagement activities. Other duties as assigned. ​
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
