Our Healthcare Organization is currently in search of a Full-time Admissions Director to lead our admissions process. If you're looking for the next step in your career, apply today!
Responsibilities:
Work closely with administration, nursing staff, and families to ensure we are providing care and compassion during the admissions process Manage the referral and admissions process Work with our external referring sources and staff Conducts preadmissions screening of residents that are on the waiting list Establishes a complete file for new residents and for forwarding of the file and its information to applicable departmentsQualifications:
Skilled Nursing/ hospital Experience required Prior experience in Admissions and Marketing in a Healthcare setting Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups/agencies. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization.
