Responsibilities:

Work closely with administration, nursing staff, and families to ensure we are providing care and compassion during the admissions process Manage the referral and admissions process Work with our external referring sources and staff Conducts preadmissions screening of residents that are on the waiting list Establishes a complete file for new residents and for forwarding of the file and its information to applicable departments

Qualifications:

Skilled Nursing/ hospital Experience required Prior experience in Admissions and Marketing in a Healthcare setting Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups/agencies.
