Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Executive Director to lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Museum on Main. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for arts, culture, and community engagement. The Executive Director will serve as the chief executive and ambassador, overseeing all aspects of museum operations, fostering innovative programming, cultivating community partnerships, and ensuring sustainable growth. Skills Successful experience in corporate strategy development combined with nonprofit financial management expertise. Proven track record in executive leadership within arts organizations or similar cultural institutions.
