Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the museum's mission and vision to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring adherence to nonprofit financial standards. Cultivate relationships with board members, donors, sponsors, community partners, and stakeholders to support fundraising initiatives and business development efforts. Drive marketing strategies to increase visibility, enhance visitor engagement, and expand audience reach through innovative outreach campaigns. Supervise senior leadership team members and staff by providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and promoting professional development. Oversee compliance with legal regulations, nonprofit standards, and operational policies to maintain organizational integrity.
