We have been open since April 2024 and seek to provide a vibrant and supportive environment for both students and teachers to thrive. Position Overview:

We are currently hiring music teachers who are proficient in their instrument and passionate about teaching. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students. Requirements:

• Proficiency in piano , voice, guitar, bass guitar, and/or drums.
• Ability to work well with children/adults and create engaging lesson plans.
• Positive attitude and a passion for music education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Genuinely care about the growth and success of others.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Classroom management skills to maintain discipline and focus during lessons
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching music Gigging or professional experience, teaching experience, and/or formal musical education background is preferred but NOT required to apply.

Being able to teach various styles of music is also a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging music lessons tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual students
• Teach students various musical concepts, including music theory, sight-reading, and proper technique
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment conducive to musical exploration

Schedule:
