Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM About the Position Semillitas de Amor Child Care Center SF is seeking an experienced, responsible, caring, and highly dependable Bilingual Child Care Center Director (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants more than simply a job. Our goal is to provide children with a safe, loving, educational environment while creating a peaceful and respectful workplace for our staff.

Required Qualifications Applicants must:

Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Have a minimum of two years of experience in Early Childhood Education/Child Development in a licensed child care setting. Meet all applicable California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Community Care Licensing, Title 22 requirements for a Child Care Center Director. Be able to provide documentation verifying Director qualifications, including applicable transcripts, degrees, permits, coursework, and experience. Be qualified and able to support the center's participation in San Francisco's Early Learning For All (ELFA) program, including applicable California ECE Workforce Registry and program requirements. Have experience with licensing compliance, staff supervision, documentation, health and safety procedures, and early childhood education. Be dependable and punctual and have a strong sense of responsibility. Be available to work the established schedule of 7:30 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Director We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Leads staff with kindness, patience, and respect. Communicates professionally with teachers, families, Licensing representatives, and community partners. Is organized and follows through on responsibilities. Respects established schedules and understands the importance of punctuality and attendance. Can maintain a calm and positive environment, even when managing challenges. Values teamwork and treats staff members with dignity and consideration. Is committed to maintaining high standards of care and safety for children. Is looking for stable, long-term employment and is willing to make a minimum one-year commitment to our center. What We Offer $35-$38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
