Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our administration team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
• Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or special needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Assist in NAC accreditation and keeping all Gold Standard accreditation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• ECE Level 5
• Infant Toddler Credential Level 4 Director Credential Level 2
• Director Experience
• Background check and reference checks The successful applicant will have experience in managing all aspects of the classroom and daily routines of a daycare center, as well as strong leadership skills.

You should display a friendly demeanor, have a love for children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers.
