A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our administration team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or special needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in NAC accreditation and keeping all Gold Standard accreditation standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- ECE Level 5
- Infant Toddler Credential Level 4 Director Credential Level 2
- Director Experience
- Background check and reference checks The successful applicant will have experience in managing all aspects of the classroom and daily routines of a daycare center, as well as strong leadership skills.
