Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture the young minds in our early childhood education program. Engage children in activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and cognitive growth through play-based learning and structured lessons. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address any concerns related to child welfare or behavior. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor developmental progress effectively. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and health & safety regulations by maintaining first aid and CPR certifications. Collaborate with colleagues to plan special activities such as field trips, physical education sessions, and early intervention programs designed to support diverse learning needs. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Knowledge of curriculum development techniques including literacy education, math instruction, Montessori methods, and early intervention strategies. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional credentials in special education or early childhood education are preferred. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing where applicable while emphasizing experiential learning through tutoring and physical education activities.
