Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for toddlers aged two years old. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient, and passionate about early childhood development. This position involves working from 7 am to 4 pm, with a focus on fostering growth and learning through our provided curriculum while supporting potty training efforts. Responsibilities Implement and follow the provided curriculum to deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration among toddlers. Support potty training initiatives by assisting children in developing independence and good hygiene habits. Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily activities that align with educational goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to ensure a safe learning environment. Skills Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to curriculum guidelines while tailoring activities to meet individual needs. Strong patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of best practices in potty training and child safety protocols. Flexibility to work from 7 am to 4 pm with a positive attitude towards teamwork and child development. Ability to foster a nurturing environment that promotes learning through play and exploration.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
