This role is focused on guiding toddlers through an exciting stage of growth while creating a safe, structured, and loving classroom environment. We are a family owned, faith based center that values strong relationships with families, purposeful learning, and helping every child grow in confidence and independence. Key Responsibilities Toddler Care & Development Provide loving and attentive care for children in the Younger 2's classroom Support language growth, social skills, and emotional development Help children build independence through routines, transitions, and daily structure Encourage positive behavior using patience, redirection, and consistency Maintain close supervision of children at all timesLearning & Activities Help implement age appropriate academic and faith based curriculum Lead hands on activities such as art, music, movement, sensory play, and early learning centers Introduce early concepts such as colors, shapes, counting, letters, and following directions Create a fun and engaging classroom where toddlers love to learn Learning & Activities Help implement our age appropriate academic and faith based curriculum Lead hands on activities such as art, music, movement, sensory play, and early learning centers Introduce early concepts such as colors, shapes, counting, letters, and following directions Create a fun and engaging classroom where toddlers love to learn Parent Communication Communicate professionally with families through the Brightwheel app Share daily updates, photos, and important notes Build trusting relationships with parents and provide a warm daily experience Classroom Environment Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe throughout the day Complete daily cleaning checklists and classroom responsibilities Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements Teamwork Work closely with fellow teachers and leadership Assist with classroom coverage and center needs when needed Contribute to a positive and professional team culture Qualifications Experience working with toddlers or young children in a Patient, energetic, and nurturing personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy classroom environment CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or willingness to obtain Alignment with our faith based values preferred What We Offer Supportive family oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Positive and encouraging team culture Meaningful work helping children grow each day Why Little Miracles At Little Miracles, we believe the toddler years are an important foundation for future learning. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Benefits:

Paid time off Application Question(s): Do you currently hold a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card? Do you currently have CPR/First Aid certification for infants and children? This position requires flexible full-time availability between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Are you able to commit to this schedule? A minimum of 6 months' prior experience working at a center is required. Do you have it?
