Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
