KinderCare is seeking caring Teachers for our South Dade Learning Center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
