Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards. Engage children in play-based learning and developmental activities. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe and document children's development and behavior. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance. Collaborate with center staff to plan and improve programs. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
