Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's learning and care. Collaborate with center staff to support a consistent, nurturing learning environment. Follow Kinder Care policies and licensing regulations. Support inclusivity and positive behavior in the classroom.
