Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Merritt Island center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with teammates, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's learning and care. Collaborate with center staff to support a consistent, nurturing learning environment. Follow Kinder Care policies and licensing regulations. Support inclusivity and positive behavior in the classroom.
