Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team and provide exceptional care for children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development. We are a small licensed center, with a small staff. Duties
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in our care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to engage children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and playtime
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary Experience The successful candidate should possess:
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
- Ability to work effectively with students of various ages
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
