Hours:
Full time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)

Infants What You'll Do:
✨ Be a consistent, loving caregiver so each baby builds a strong bond with a familiar face ✨ Follow each infant's own feeding and nap schedule, working closely with parents ✨ Bottle feed, diaper, and comfort babies with patience and warmth ✨ Follow safe sleep practices every nap, every time ✨ Plan daily tummy time, sensory play, songs, stories, and floor play that support motor, language, and social-emotional growth ✨ Share daily updates with families on feedings, diapers, naps, and those special little moments ✨ Keep your classroom clean, safe, and sanitized
Who You Are:
You're at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and you meet one of the following: 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, OR 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, plus one year (1,560 hours) of experience in a licensed child care center, nursery school, or kindergarten, OR A CDA (Child Development Associate), CCP (Certified Childcare Professional), or Gateways ECE or Infant Toddler Credential Level 3 or higher You also: Have a calm, nurturing presence (babies can tell!) Enjoy spending your day on the floor, rocking, holding, and playing Communicate warmly with parents, especially first-time families Are a team player who is reliable and ready to grow Infant or toddler experience is a big plus!
