Hours:
Full time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
What You'll Do:
✨ Create a classroom that's fun, welcoming, and full of energy ✨ Plan hands-on, play-based activities that kids love (yes, you can be creative!) ✨ Build real relationships with children, families, and your teaching team ✨ Support each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth with patience and care ✨ Use positive guidance to keep your classroom safe, nurturing, and inclusive
Who You Are:
You're at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and you meet one of the following: 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, OR 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, plus one year (1,560 hours) of experience in a licensed child care center, nursery school, or kindergarten, OR A CDA (Child Development Associate), CCP (Certified Childcare Professional), or Gateways ECE or Infant Toddler Credential Level 3 or higher You also: Bring positive energy and a great attitude (this matters more than being perfect) Are a team player who helps, supports, and shows up Genuinely care about kids and families Are reliable and ready to grow
