Daycare center Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Giggles Grove is a newly established daycare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Daycare Center Director to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Program Development:
    Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's development and learning.
  • Staff Management:
    Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff. Foster professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational guidelines.
  • Parent Communication:
    Build strong relationships with parents and guardians; communicate regularly about children's progress and center activities.
  • Financial Management:
    Develop and manage budgets, oversee billing, and ensure financial sustainability of the center.
  • Community Engagement:
    Promote the daycare within the community and establish partnerships with local organizations and schools.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and assess the quality of care and education provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of state licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for working with children and commitment to their development and well being.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$30,000.00
  • $50,000.
