Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare Teacher to provide high-quality childcare and support the developmental needs of young children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment that promotes learning, socialization, and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the patience and creativity necessary to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Duties Provide attentive childcare to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, nap time, and other daily routines. Foster positive relationships with children to support their emotional growth and confidence. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment for children. Support children in developing social skills and encouraging positive interactions with peers. Requirements Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
