Foster positive relationships with children to support their emotional growth and confidence. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Follow all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment for children. Support children in developing social skills and encouraging positive interactions with peers. Requirements Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
