Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will guide and support a team of caregivers, implement developmentally appropriate activities, and foster strong relationships with families. Responsibilities Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development for infants. Supervise and support assistant teachers and caregivers to ensure high-quality care and education. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to licensing regulations and best practices. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with all mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare. Lead classroom management efforts to foster positive behavior and healthy interactions among children. Implement health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies. Document daily activities, developmental observations, and incident reports accurately and thoroughly. Requirements Proven experience working with infants in daycare centers or early childhood education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, infant care techniques, and classroom management strategies. Certification in first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training preferred. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Familiarity with special education needs or experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are highly desirable. Pay:
