Our ideal candidates have:

- Strong communication and classroom management skills

- CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous childcare experience (preferred)
- CDA or early childhood certification (preferred) If you don't yet have certifications or formal experience, don't worry! We provide on-the-job training and support so you can grow into your role. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and lead lessons that encourage learning through play and creativity
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Supervise mealtimes, snacks, and rest periods
- Be active and hands-on throughout the day — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and engaging with children at their level
