CPR certification (preferred)
Previous childcare experience (preferred)
CDA or early childhood certification (preferred) If you don't yet have certifications or formal experience, don't worry! We provide on-the-job training and support so you can grow into your role. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
Plan and lead lessons that encourage learning through play and creativity
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Supervise mealtimes, snacks, and rest periods
Be active and hands-on throughout the day — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and engaging with children at their level
