Our ideal candidates have:

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Patience, creativity, and compassion
  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • Previous childcare experience (preferred)
  • CDA or early childhood certification (preferred) If you don't yet have certifications or formal experience, don't worry! We provide on-the-job training and support so you can grow into your role. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
  • Plan and lead lessons that encourage learning through play and creativity
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
  • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Supervise mealtimes, snacks, and rest periods
  • Be active and hands-on throughout the day — bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and engaging with children at their level
