We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. If you have experience working with students, a strong background in early childhood education, and a love for teaching, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, play, and learn
Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement, guidance, and modeling appropriate behavior
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
Experience:
At minimum 1 year as a lead toddler teacher in a early learning setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy, math, and other key subjects
Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is preferred
Knowledge of special education strategies is a plus Qualifications (Not required but nice to have)
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education (if required by state regulations)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
