Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. If you have experience working with students, a strong background in early childhood education, and a love for teaching, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, play, and learn
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
  • Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement, guidance, and modeling appropriate behavior
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
Experience:
  • At minimum 1 year as a lead toddler teacher in a early learning setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy, math, and other key subjects
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children or toddlers is preferred
  • Knowledge of special education strategies is a plus Qualifications (Not required but nice to have)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education (if required by state regulations)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
