The Early Childhood Center (ECC) at Hevreh is expanding our teaching team and looking for a full-time early childhood educator to join our warm, supportive community. About Us The ECC at Hevreh offers a year-round, full-week program (8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. • Truly enjoy and love working with young children
• Bring skill, patience, and warmth to their teaching practice
• Are excited to engage children through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning
• Value collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth
• EEC certification is required. Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging, interactive learning experiences
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's success Skills & Qualifications
• Experience or interest in early childhood education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility
• Ability to connect with and support young children at various developmental stages
• MA EEC Teacher, Lead Teacher, or Director Certification required Benefits
