Join Our Early Childhood Team! The Early Childhood Center (ECC) at Hevreh is Hiring!

Are you passionate, skilled, and excited about helping preschoolers learn and grow? The Early Childhood Center (ECC) at Hevreh is expanding our teaching team and looking for a full-time early childhood educator to join our warm, supportive community. About Us The ECC at Hevreh offers a year-round, full-week program (8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are proud to provide high-quality childcare and learning experiences in an intimate, child-centered environment where relationships, curiosity, and joy are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Truly enjoy and love working with young children
  • Bring skill, patience, and warmth to their teaching practice
  • Are excited to engage children through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning
  • Value collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth
  • EEC certification is required. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging, interactive learning experiences
  • Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's success Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility
  • Ability to connect with and support young children at various developmental stages
  • MA EEC Teacher, Lead Teacher, or Director Certification required Benefits
