Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Support children's social-emotional skills and positive behavior. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in training and professional development.
